1/31/10 Tomales Bay Elk

We drove out to Point Reyes National Seashore today, where this tule elk herd grazes on the hillside, with Tomales Bay in the background. In this view I liked the reflection of the rocks in the bay, although you probabaly need to view large to notice this. The elk live in a protected, fenced in area of the park which has allowed their herd to grow quite large. If you drive through this area it is almost guaranteed that you will see some elk, and we probably saw at least 100 today.

Yes the reflections are nice, but I also love the birds in flight. Nice framing and great textures in the print. Good job honey... I want to go out there when I come again. I haven't seen Elk in years. I see on the weather this morning we both have rain today. WE have rain and high temps for this next week!!! I better buy some more flowers!!! Hahahah,
Love ya!
