July - Cherry Hill Rest Home

My friend Cathy, who is a fabulous artist, lives in the coolest house - it is a wonderful old Victorian that really did used to be a rest home and even a birthing hospital many years ago.

July - Woodstock

There are cute Woodstock statues all over Santa Rosa, which was the home of Charles Schultz,   which have been decorated and painted by local artists.

July - Boulevard Cinema

The Boulevard Cinema is the centerpiece of Petaluma's new Theater Distirct, which was inspired by some local girls who started a movies in the park event which eventually led to the building of a real theater and movie premier with George Lucas.  And all of the girls were given jobs at the new theater and each also has a star on a walk of fame in front of the theater!

July - Union Street Shopping

Had a fun birthday lunch with Marie, and Christy came and joined us for some shopping on Union Street in San Francisco!

I have no clue what old building ths is. It is in Brunswick and Gary and I where walking accrossed this old foot bridge and thought how lovely it is abandoned. I have always loved abandoned buildings............ Kinda weird, isn't it???

While I was on my treadmill this morning, I looked out the window and couldn't tell what this was. This is the real color of the mushroom. It was so interesting. However, I would like credit that I finished my workout before I went for my camera!
