01/14/10

As Gary and I where taking an evening stroll around the Marina, I saw one of the largest sailboats I have ever seen. The water was so calm and smooth and the reflection was just amazing. However I wish I had come upon her about 15 minutes earlier, I think the light would have been better......
Oh well, probably shouldn't have poured that glass of wine before we left......
Still doesn't make me want to be with a man who has a sailboat, just have a man, whose BEST friend has one....
hahahaha. Words of wisdom to live by! Right, Denise?????

My ex lives on a sailboat, whatever that means!

This is a great photo and I love that you included the entire mast, which really shows off the huge size. It is so nicely complimented by the buildings in the background with the vertical elements intersected by the horizontal dock and all. Really, the light is still very good. Looks like a fun walk!

Now that I posted my photo for today, I see that both our shots are rather large vertical type buildings. These really highlight the contrast between Miami versus Petaluma, don't they? Both shots are sort of iconic images representing their respective locales, don't cha think?

Good point Denise! These do represent Miami-Petaluma!
